When you authenticate your account using third-party identity providers, we request access to the following "Public Profile" permissions:
Identity Data: First name, last name, and profile display picture.
Contact Data: Verified email address associated with your social account.
Technical Identifiers: Unique String ID (UID) used to link your social identity to your House Tracker profile.
3. Legal Basis for Processing
We process this data to fulfill our contractual obligation to provide you with a personalized real estate dashboard. This allows users to:
Save property "Favorites" and manage "Saved Searches."
Communicate with real estate agents and agencies via the House Tracker internal messaging system.
Submit property listings (for authorized Agent/Agency roles).
