1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing housetracker.ng, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you register an account via Google or Facebook, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
2. Social Authentication & Security
The Platform utilizes OAuth 2.0 protocols for secure login. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your social media credentials. House Tracker shall not be liable for unauthorized access resulting from a compromise of your third-party social accounts.
3. Limitation of Liability
House Tracker acts as an information intermediary. While we strive for 100% uptime, we are not liable for service interruptions caused by Facebook (Meta) or Google API outages.

Data Deletion & Account Revocation Instructions
In accordance with the Facebook Platform Terms (Section 3) and Google API Services User Data Policy, House Tracker provides a transparent mechanism for users to request the deletion of their data.
Method 1: Manual Deletion via Dashboard
Log in to your account at
https://housetracker.ng/login/.Navigate to User Menu > My Profile.
Scroll to the bottom of the profile settings and click "Delete Account".
All associated data, including property favorites, saved searches, and social tokens, will be purged from our database immediately.
Method 2: External Revocation (Platform Side)
You may revoke House Tracker's access to your data directly through your social provider:
Facebook: Settings & Privacy > Settings > Apps and Websites > House Tracker > Remove.
Google: Google Account > Security > Manage Third-Party Access > House Tracker > Remove Access.
Method 3: Formal Request
To request a manual purge of your data from our servers, please send an email to legal@housetracker.ng with the subject line "Data Deletion Request." We will confirm the deletion of your records within 48 hours.
